Worship Ministry
Weekly Services
Saturday Evening at 5:00 p.m. with Bible Study starting at 4:00 p.m.
Sunday Morning at 8:15 and 10:30 a.m.
Sunday School, All age groups at 9:30 a.m.
Holy Communion is celebrated at every service.
All who are baptized and who believe the Lord’s promise of everlasting life are welcome to join with us in communion.
During Lent and Advent, we worship every Wednesday evening at 7 p.m.
Holy Week begins with the weekend of Palm Sunday where we follow our usual service schedule. Holy Week continues with Maundy Thursday services at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., Good Friday at 7 p.m., Easter Vigil 7 p.m., Easter Sunday at 7:00 a.m., 8:15 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 10:30 a.m. We celebrate communion at all Easter services.
On Christmas Eve, we offer Family and Children’s services with Live Nativity at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., traditional candlelight service at 9 p.m., and candlelight service with communion at 11 p.m. We offer a hymn and carol service on Christmas day at 10 a.m. if it falls on a Sunday. Worship Ministry Team
Our worship ministry team helps us grow a stronger faith and relationship with God. It provides for weekly (Saturday/Sunday) worship and involves the entire congregation. On the worship team you will find functions such as Music, Choir/Bells, Participants, Ushers, A/V Tech, Altar Guild/Flowers, and more.
Music
The music ministry team provides us with cantors, choirs, soloists, handbells, and anything musical to enhance our worship services. We often host visiting groups to Trinity in special concerts, such as Voice of Joy, a gospel group from Norway.
Handbells
Our versatile handbell choir graces our services on a regular basis, and also plays special concerts in the community, as well as at Disney Parks & Resorts. We supplement our handbell choir occasionally with tone chimes.
Participants
Our congregation members are actively serving as participants in worship services as Assisting Ministers, Communion Assistants, Anointers, Acolytes, Crucifers, Lectors, Cantors, Greeters, and Ambassadors. Each role is open to any member and full training is provided so that each participant knows the significance and meaning of their role.
Ushers
The usher team provides makes sure everyone finds a seat, and has a bulletin. The sanctuary is fully accessible, and the usher team can easily move chairs around in any location to make it convenient for worshippers in wheelchairs or walkers, so that they can sit wherever they wish with their whole family. They make sure than anyone with special needs will receive communion in their seats.
Audio/Visual Technology
Our sanctuary is equipped with stereo sound and a projection system. They provide the words to music on the screen as well as parts of the liturgy so that following along is easy for all.
Altar Guild and Flowers
Our altar area is plainly decorated with linens and candles and flowers are placed in front of the pulpit to the glory of God by members of our congregation to celebrate many lives and occasions. We have a team of people who serve by making sure the linens are clean and fresh, as well as preparing trays of wine and bread for communion.
