STEWARDSHIP TEAM

Stewardship helps our congregation grow secure. It administers all financial and property matters for the church and school.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The Property Team takes care of the maintenance and repairs for the Church and School in regularly scheduled tasks as well as special projects as needed such as roof repair, landscape needs, and fixture repair, including safety and security issues. The Team is lead by a Property Chair who organizes projects, requests funding of the Stewardship committee, gathers volunteers to work the projects, and arranges equipment for projects as needed.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

The Church has set up capital improvement funds in the event of any special needs that occur with the buildings of the campus. Stewardship, along with the Executive Team, manages the funds in these accounts and makes them accountable for such needs. The Stewardship Team also is responsible for getting funds donated to replace capital improvement monies when needed.

STEWARDSHIP EMPHASIS

The Stewardship team helps our congregation grow secure. It administers all financial and property matters for the church and school. We are involved in functions such as Stepping Out of the Boat, Property Management, Property Planning & Development, Trinity Vision for Ministry, and the annual Walk With Jesus Campaign.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

The Stewardship Team must be creative in acquiring new ways to develop giving totals to be greater than the previous year through the 'Walk With Jesus Campaign' and other fund raising projects as needed. The Team also oversees spending of the capital improvement funds set up to provide for needed repairs and emergencies as well as finding ways to replace needed funds when expended.
