Activities
Students at Trinity have a lot of activities keeping them busy! Everything from an active sports program designed for all age groups and abilities, to an energetic music program featuring handbells and drums. .
Every week there is something new going on!
Trinity parents are involved and busy at school every day, too. Our Parent-Teachers-Partners organization is actively supporting the school in every possible imaginable way.
Athletics
Trinity Lutheran School prides itself on the physical activities that we offer.
We have a Running Club that meets three mornings a week before school that is open to every student. The Running Club starts on the first day of school and runs year round.
After school activities include cross-country, volleyball, soccer, basketball, cheerleading, baton, T-ball, track, and softball. Our after school sports program offers both intramurals and competitions against other schools. The teachers at Trinity Lutheran School place an important role in physical activity by allowing their classes to have recess daily.
The students do a set routine in P.E. that enhances the student’s fitness level. In P.E. there is an emphasis on learning skills so students will be successful when participating in recreational or competitive sports.
Arts and Clubs
Trinity has a thriving arts community including King’s Kids Vocal Choir, Handbell Choir, Christmas Music Program, Spring Music Program, and Student Art Work. Clubs include the Trinity Press Club, Trinity Safety Patrol, Trinity Booster Club, and Running Club.
Parents-Teachers Partners (PTP)
The purpose of PTP is to bring into closer relationship the parents and teachers so that they may cooperate as a team in the education of the child. To accomplish this objective, we urge every parent/guardian to plan to attend all PTP meetings and functions. Our PTP is very active and has assumed the responsibility of guiding our fundraisers. Your participation is needed. Meetings are held monthly.
