Amy Vanderkin, President
Amy moved to Florida from Wisconsin 17 years ago and is the mother of three boys (3, 9, 10). She’s been married for 12 years and owns a pizza restaurant – Five Star Pizza. Amy has been a teacher for 15 years, Private & Public (grades taught: pre-school, Kindergarten,1,3,4,5) and is currently teaching 5th, and she’s been a member of Trinity for 13 years. She’s active in her New Life Group as well as WOJO, and serves as Worship Assistant. Amy’s been a School Board member for past 4 years.
She says, “I feel privileged and honored to serve on a board with people so dedicated to the ministry of the school.”

Fred More
Fred More
Fred is married to Susan, and they have four kids and seven grandchildren. Fed is an ordained Lutheran pastor, restaurateur, and a real estate agent. Fred loves graphic arts, organizational planning and good wine. Fred has served on the Trinity School Board for six years, three as president. Currently he co-chairs the Marketing Committee of the School and Church as well as serving as a coordinator of the Samaritan Ministry.

Liz Evans
Liz has been a member of Trinity since 1991 and loves the family feeling at Trinity. Over the years, she has served as a Sunday School Teacher, a member of the bell choir and on the fellowship committee. She has also served as treasurer on the PTP Board for Trinity Lutheran School. Liz is a Insurance Analyst for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts and has worked there for 25 years. She is married to her husband Todd and they have two children.

Gary Borgman
Gary Borgman, Council Liaison
Gary Borgman, DVM joined Trinity in 1976. He likes the Christian fellowship opportunities and the opportunityes to learn. He hopes to continue to grow personally and as a family in Christian faith and service.
Dr. Borgman established the Kissimmee Animal Hospital in 1974. He received his veterinary training at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Following graduation in 1969, he served as a veterinary officer in the United States Air force at 3rd Air Force Headquarters in London, England. Dr. Borgman has served the local and veterinary communities through membership and active participation in civic clubs, the Chamber of Commerce, his church, the American Animal Hospital Association, and the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. He currently serves the state veterinary association as a member of the Advisory Committee to the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine.
