Law and Gospel

Each week, we study God’s Law and Gospel in order to better understand God’s messages and how they apply in our lives. We must recognize that we can never meet the demands of the Law and that keeping (or rather trying to keep) the Law will not save us from our sins. With a humble and meek heart formed by the crushing convictions of the Law, we are ready to hear the Gospel of God’s saving Grace, given to us due to no merit of our own but only out of God’s love for us.
